1. How can I place an order on SheFashion?

Browse our latest collection, select your favorite items, choose the right size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once done, proceed to checkout and complete your order securely.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets for a smooth and safe shopping experience.

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to track your package in real-time.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact our support team for quick assistance.

Yes, SheFashion delivers worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery time vary by destination and will be shown during checkout.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@shefashion.com with your order ID and product photos. We’ll resolve it quickly!
